Krish Investments Real Estate Opportunity Fund offers investors the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of prime properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The Fund is managed by Krish Investments Global Investments Group, a leading Swiss wealth advisory and fund management firm based in Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC).
By investing exclusively in prime freehold properties across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the Fund aims to deliver double-digit total returns to investors via a combination of steady income and capital appreciation, with low volatility and low correlation to mainstream asset classes.
The fund is managed by a Swiss team of seasoned experts in global asset allocation with strong local expertise in real estate investments and fund management. The fund’s approach is clearly geared towards performance whilst providing its investors with significant downside protection.

The Fund aims to generate a total return of 10% to 15% per annum, depending on market conditions.

The idependent advisory board of the fund is composed of preiment real estate investment professionals with strong expertise of the U.A.E real etate market dynamics. The advisory team is responsible for reviewing the Fund’s investment opportunities. The fund’s advisory board is responsible for reviewing investment opportunities sourced by the fund manager and provide independent advice with regards to the fund’s investment strategy and portfolio construction.
